The Sun 'n Lake Country Club boasts one of the finest dining establishments in Highlands County. The Candlelight Restaurant & Lounge, located at 5223 Sun 'n Lake Boulevard, provides diners with delectable and mouth watering cuisine in a charming, relaxed atmosphere.

The Candlelight Restaurant offers picturesque lakeside dining. Our Sunday Brunch contains both breakfast and dinner specialties including our Chef attended carving station. We feature seasonal live entertainment and dancing to compliment the ultimate dining experience.

Our facilities can accommodate parties as large as 300 guests, however, if you prefer a smaller, more intimate setting, we also have private dining rooms available. We offer the ideal setting for your upcoming wedding, from a luau themed rehearsal dinner and lakeside ceremony to a formal reception or Sunday Brunch; we have it all.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Sunday 11:00 am to 2:00 pm featuring our Sunday Brunch. In FY 2005, staff  will continue the positive momentum.  Our aggressive strategy will include developing a professional management team to allow structured growth.  Focus will be placed on offering “The Best” dining experience in the area.  In addition to ala carte dining, we will position ourselves as the venue of choice for any social function in Highlands County .  An entertainment schedule will be developed for the 19^th Hole Sports Bar in an effort to capture lucrative beverage revenues.  FY 2005 promises to be a year of explosive growth and unprecedented achievement.
