Utility Billing and Service

Mission :  The mission of the Utility Billing/Customer Service Division is to provide District customers and Towne Hall visitors with a high-quality, efficient, and courteous service experience each time they visit, call, or otherwise communicate with Towne Hall.

Program Description:  The Utility Billing/Customer Service Division performs customer billing and collection services for District assessments, utility services, golf memberships, country club activities,

community center activities, construction permits, impact fees, and other District activities.  In addition, customer service personnel serve as the front line contact for most of Towne Hall’s business, including handling all incoming telephone calls and greeting customers and visitors at the front lobby.

In FY 2005, the primary focus will be on achieving “excellent” customer service ratings from all customers.  We will do this by working diligently to serve all our customers (both internal and external) with strong ethics, professionalism, and quality service.  By cross-training and learning from each other (and from outside sources) we will continue to upgrade our skills and experiences to create a greater aggregate human knowledge base from which we serve all our customers.  In addition to improving the human knowledge element, we plan to enhance the utilities computer and software systems and expand the service hours at Towne Hall.
